While law
schools do not require any set program, degrees focused in humanities and social
science are often recommended because of the kind of knowledge and training they
involve. And, although law schools have no course “pre-requisites,” some
courses prepare students especially well for success in taking the LSAT and in
law school once admitted. Though one might seriously consider
the majors listed below, a student should major in something that he or she
enjoys, both to learn as much as one can, and to get the highest grades one is
capable of.
