| You will be divided into four
teams of five. One team will investigate soil and how it should be
prepared for flower growth. The second team will gather facts on
flowers that grow in our region and state. The third team will
research what flowers need in order to grow and survive. The fourth
team will investigate the weather that we have in our area. The
weather team will produce a weather chart of the weather for the past two
week, as well as predict the weather for the upcoming week. This
information will let the students know what type of flowers will grow best
depending on the weather. Each team will post their findings on a bulletin board in the classroom, which will be made by me. It will be titled, "How To Grow A Garden". After all the information has been posted to the bulletin board, we will grow a class garden. Lets Get Digging!!! |
